Redefine, the landlord of St. George’s Shopping Centre in Harrow, has launched a campaign to engage with the local community.
The project – “ten for 10” – will see the central management team donate 10 working days in its 10th anniversary year, to provide time and help to charities, organisations, schools and groups operating in the area.
Members of the public will be approached for ideas on how this will be best achieved.
Darren Harman, centre manager at St. George’s, said: "St. George's Shopping Centre feels it's important to support the local community because the centre is the hub of the community.
“We want to enhance the connection within the local area, by showing that we care about who and what is happening around us and that we want to make a difference, no matter how small."
The 10 community engagement days will occur by May 2017.
