Redrow Homes launched the final apartments at its popular Lyon Square development in Harrow during the summer.
Masters Court, the scheme's final phase, features 54 one and two-bedroom apartments across 12 storeys with views towards both Wembley Stadium and The Shard at London Bridge. Each apartment features a private balcony, and modern kitchen living areas and integrated Siemens appliances. A concierge, residents-only gym, underground parking and cycle storage are also provided on site.
The apartments are located a five-minute walk away from Harrow-on-the-Hill station, connecting passengers with Oxford Circus and Kings Cross/St Pancras in less than 25 minutes.
Simon Halfhide, sales director for Redrow London, said: "Lyon Square has been proving extremely popular and it’s not difficult to see why. Harrow offers people a relaxing village location while connecting people to central London in under 25 minutes. Around 57% of our apartments have already sold, as savvy buyers purchase an apartment and capitalise on the excellent location."
Prices for a one-bedroom apartment start at £360,000 and the government’s Help to Buy scheme is available on selected properties, meaning that the apartments can be purchased with as little as a five per cent deposit.
